1. Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 13–21 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days

Orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations depending on availability.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or high demand.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order details.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Lndmark Club is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
