Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy applies to one-time product purchases only. Subscription and VIP Membership charges are governed separately below.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, either opened or unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, with proof of purchase.


VIP Membership & Subscription Charges

By purchasing through our website, you may be enrolled in our VIP Membership subscription, which includes a 12-day trial followed by recurring billing.

After the 12-day trial period, your membership will automatically convert into a paid subscription of $29.99 every 30 days, unless cancelled prior to your next billing date.

Subscription Refund Policy

VIP Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their membership before the next billing date to avoid charges.

If you cancel before the end of your 12-day trial, you will not be charged.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@lndmarkclub.com, and we will review your request.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
